For this reason, we are happy to offer our clients a 14-day return window for any item physically in stock and not specially ordered from the manufacturer, should there be any noticeable defects or damages to the item upon receipt, or if the item is not what was originally ordered. Such items must be returned to SWISS WATCHES INC via insured, traceable delivery within 7 days of the date your return request is confirmed by SWISS WATCHES INC via mail, fax or email to receive a full refund. All watches, jewelry or cognacs obtained from an authorized dealer or manufacturer are final sale unless otherwise agreed upon by SWISS WATCHES INC via mail, fax or email.The item eligible for return must be shipped with a traceable courier such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. SWISS WATCHES INC will solely refund the value of the item being returned or exchanged. Any shipping fees incurred during the original transaction will not be included in the refund. The buyer will be held responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any duties or value-added taxes, if applicable. The return shipment must be prepaid and insured for the full amount the buyer expects credit. Collect shipping will be refused. The buyer will be held liable for any losses or damages. Credit for your return will be issued in the same form that the original payment was made. For example, if the buyer made the original payment via PayPal, the refund cannot be provided in cash. All items must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all paperwork, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. To ensure the return process is successful, there must be no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, the tags and protective stickers must be intact, there are no signs of wear on the product or its case, and the item must not have been resized or altered in any way. It is imperative that the buyer refrain from wearing the watch, removing links or cutting any straps. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will result in a swift refusal of your return.
